Victoria & Albert Museum
London, 2015
At a time when Britain was engaged in the democratic process of an election, the V&A examined the role of public institutions in contemporary life and what it means to be responsible for a national collection. A series of specially commissioned interventions and evening programmes staged throughout the museum raised questions about the opportunities, obligations and limits to participation in this national institution.
Commissioned by the Architecture and design team at the V&A, ‘Reading the V&A’ is the name given to a play of 3 acts by OK-RM in collaboration with Kate O’Brien, performed on the occasion of the exhibition “All of This Belongs to You.”
